GROUP TRAINING
Small group
​- Train with a group of like minded people to keep motivated!
​
Either form a group with your friends & family, or I can put you in a group with other people with similar fitness goals.

- A great step for clients who no longer wish to have private sessions but still want a trainer to keep them motivated and accountable.
​
- Minimum 3 participants, maximum 6 participants.
